The daily rate includes studio rental and full use of all equipment and instruments. You are welcome to bring your own engineer; however, one of our in-house engineers is required for your first day or initial setup to ensure a smooth introduction to the studio and its equipment.

For full-band tracking sessions we suggest booking the evening before your first day of tracking (if it's available) to load-in , set up, put up mics, get sounds, and dial in headphone mixes. Load-in time is anywhere between 5 and 9 pm, and the process typically takes 4-6 hours. Getting everything set up the night before allows you to start your first day fresh and ready to record, rather than spending half your day setting up.

  • NOK 10 000 ex VAT /day
  • NOK 9000 ex VAT /day (for 4 days or more)
  • NOK 5000 ex VAT for evening set up and Half days (4 hours)
  • NOK 1500 ex VAT /pr hour (overtime & short notice bookings)

Luft Studio 1 - without house engineer

  • NOK 7000 ex VAT /day
  • NOK 6500 ex VAT /day (for 4 days or more)
  • NOK 1200 ex VAT pr hr (2 hour minimum)
  • NOK 1000 ex VAT /pr hour (overtime & short notice bookings)

Full lockout Live room & Control room (24 hours)

Sound engineer // Tech

NOK 500 ex VAT pr hour

Piano Tuning

If you'd like an additional piano tuning specifically for your session there is a NOK 2250 eks VAT kr charge. Please let us know at least 2 weeks before your session.

When should I pay?

You should arrive at the studio with the means to pay for your session. This means we will require full payment for the session prior to the first day of work.

All the prices exclude VAT which is chargeable at 25%.
